Stepping Stones is seeking a Full Time 2nd Shift - Shift Leader. Must be willing to work nights and weekends
Acts for residential services as first contact person for 2nd shift issues and 3rd shift call-ins.
Assists Residential Manager and Campus Coordinator in coordinating LST schedules to ensure adequate coverage for residence & programming. Assists with coordinating duties for LST staff and assists with coverage of open shifts.
Coaches/mentors Life Skills Trainers and role models best practices in client supports.
Assists in performing weekly and monthly audits of shift binders and residential notes, tracks and moves memos and weekend plans on a weekly basis.
Ensures weekly meal plans and grocery lists are completed.
Ensures monthly room checks are performed and documented.
Ensures weekly behavior trackers are completed and distributed to behavior specialist.
Assists with 2nd and 3rd shift fire and safety drills
Assists with weekly client house meetings.
Attends monthly house meetings.
Completes all duties assigned by Residential Manager to oversee residential services while on duty.

| Qualifications: | Must have a minimum of 6 months’ experience in providing direct service to individuals with a primary diagnosis of Acquired Brain Injury, and have a high school diploma or GED.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required. Must maintain CPR and First Aid Certification.
